Merge2PDF failed, and is now very slow

Yesterday we experienced that Merge2PDF failed for a periode of 1.5 hours with the error message "There is not enough space on the disk":

Now it looks like it works, but our flows in the Logic App now take several minutes, while previously these only took a few seconds. What causes this?

Yesterday we also experienced that multiple actions took minutes t complete (up to 20+), where it normaly takes seconds.
