Minimum chart config permissions

Hello,

I have a user trying to customise a page in which they have added the org chart to, saved the page and continued to click on ‘Start Org Char Configuration’. However they are presented with this error:


The user in question currently has ‘Contribute’ permission to the site collection. Will they need ‘Designer’? Overall I would like to give these users the minimum privilege they need to perform this action.
