Hello @TWendt,

Most likely you've deleted the Field customizers for the column that applies formatting for the column and shows only the selected text without the ID.

Please re-add Lookup control to the form, connect it to the source list and select this column in The Save To property:

Hi,

I removed the lookup field, save the form. Then I added the lookup field again. No changes, the problem persist.

Have you selected the SharePoint list column in the Save to property? What is the name of the target column? Could you please also share the screenshot of the Field Customizers settings like so:

How is the column displayed in the SharePoint list? Do you see it as a text with ID and Display value or as a link? How do you open the filter options?

In the SharePoint list view, the filter option is not available for the field that store Lookup control value. And also teh column formatting is not supported when SharePoint list is in a Grid view.
