Multiple mailboxes

I Have multiple 365 mailboxes setup but replies are only being sent from default mailbox.


Should i remove the below setting for the above to work properly?


The default mailbox is used in all cases except when the requester sent a message to one of the other Outlook mailboxes listed in your settings. The custom outgoing SMTP server configuration is ignored if you add even one Outlook mailbox.

Please try to send an e-mail message to [email protected] and you should receive the notification from it. If you didn't, please share an ID of the ticket created with your test message and the .eml files of the message and notification itself.
