No settings available. The web part or dashboard card using this property pane was deleted

Hello!
It’s unexpected that all the pre-configured Organisation charts from our orgranisation portals are gone and it cannot be shown today. We’ve got this error “No settings available. The web part or dashboard card using this property pane was deleted.” when go to the webpart (edit) of the corresponding SharePoint page(s).

We have checked that the App: Plumsail Org Chart Web Part (3.2.34.0) is enabled for our organisation SharePoint domain.

Do you have any tips for me to troubleshoot this issue?

The first recommended step to avoid these kind of issues is to update Org Chart. Your current version (3.2.34) is quite outdated compared to the latest available (4.2.21).

Our documentation includes the detailed steps on how to update your version.

After completing this process, please try creating a new Org Chart to verify if the issue is resolved, and let me know your results.

From Fiddler trace i can see that there's request sending out to

plumsail-org-chart-bundle.js, but the response is HTTP 522, if i try to access this Url directly from browser, i got connection timeout error again. Could you please check if there's any infra issue in plumsail?

Is it any outage from Plumsail or Cloudfare which may cause the issue?

Both Plumsail versions: 3.2.34 and 4.2.21 should work by solution design, right?

We were indeed affected, as were most services, by the recent Cloudflare outage. However, most issues have been corrected on their side, and we expect no further effects on the functionality of Org Chart.

Please try running your test once more to see if the issue persists.

As for the version, you should be able to work with Org Chart 3 without problems. However, it is important to note that this version is now in maintenance mode and will not benefit from future upgrades or new features.

My recommendation remains that you consider and plan for an upgrade to the latest version to ensure you have the best performance moving forward.
