Not receiving Verification Emails for New Signup

Hi. I've tried registering an account with PlumSail (so that I could do a trail) but it doesn't appear to be sending the verification emails. I tried 2 different domains for our work, one an onpremise Exchange, the other a purely O365 setup, and neither verification came email though. So I tried my personal gmail address, and also nothing came through.

I think your system isn't currently sending out verifications, which is preventing me from signing up.

I was able to sign up to the community though, although I used Google integration, so no need for email verification.

Could you please take a look?


The emails have all just suddenly come through together.
I guess the process was restarted. :slight_smile:
