OneDrive Excel for dropdown delay in updating

Hi,

We are using a couple Excels on OneDrive as dropdowns. Everything is working great, but there is a delay when the excel is modified (either directly on OneDrive or by a Power Automate flow triggered when a form is submitted, that writes back to the excel). It seems to be between 10 and 15 minutes before we see the changes reflected.

Is this typical? It's not terrible to work around but I would like to know if there's a way to optimize/make it faster.
