Org Chart Configuration Wizard loading

Hello,
I used the Org Chart web part on Sharepoint Online Classic. But I recently created a new site collection on Sharepoint Online Modern, and I added the application to it.
I added the web part normally on a page, but when I try to open Config Wizard it loads infinitely but doesn't open.

Anybody knows why is this happening?

Hello @Cristina_Silva,

Try to Update Org Chart and if the issue persists, reproduce it and save the network data (F12 > Network tab > Export HAR) and logs (F12 > Console tab > Save as). Send it to support@plumsail.com with a reference to the thread.
