Org Chart is loading super slow and for some users, its not even loading. They have to refresh 3/4 times to load it.
I am in the following version:

Could you please let me know the following information:
- Did the chart work faster in the past? If so, please let me know if you changed any settings or added a custom script?
- How many employees approximately are displayed in the chart?
- What browser are using the users?
- Could you also open the page with Org Chart under one of those users, open the browser console (to do that please press F12 and navigate to the Console tab), reproduce the issue and send me a screenshot of that chart and the console. You may blur sensitive information.
