Org Chart not functioning - Anyone else

Users are receiving following error when accessing Org Chart

Issue was due to very old version, upgraded and problem resolved.

We are seeing the same issue. Would you let me know which version you upgraded from and to?

I was at version 3.1.9 and upgraded to the latest of 3.2.11.0

Where did you obtain the download for your upgrade, or was there another method you used to perform your upgrade? I don’t see it in the SharePoint store or on the vendor website? Appreciate any help you can provide.

Yes unfortunately its not clear, but I eventually found the page I needed.

You go to your app catalog in the SharePoint admin settings and you upload it. It will upgrade/replace your current version.

We had an issue with backward compatibility after recent update of Org Chart. Now everything has to work including old versions.

Please let me know if the issue persists.
