Password Error

Good afternoon, has anyone else experienced an issueI with the workflow actions pack where it appears the password for the service account has expired? I reset it to the correct password and even tried using a different account but I keep getting this error. I haven't heard back from support yet and was hoping someone could help me determine what is wrong.

As I know the issue was resolved.

For history, need to remove Web property “Plumsail.ActionsPack.Settings” and to log in to credentials management page (Site Settings -> Plumsail Actions Pack)
