i have a plumsail form with people picker field point to site groups and it gives error while saving if user is not a team owner group but i have to route to different form set depending on site groups and cant make all team owner is there a workaround for that?

Are we talking about people picker field allowing selection of the groups?
Can a user who is not a team owner save the item if people picker field is empty?
the issue is i have form routing based on sharepoint group and for the person who don't have owner permission they get error when they try to save the form even the field have value since i have that filed required.
I don't think that it is related to the PeoplePicker field. Please try to make the field optional and test.
Also, please check that users who don't have owner permission have access to create and edit items in the list.
