I installed the solution on to my dev site and activated it. The Plumsail Action Pack link is in the Site Administration section of the Site Settings. However, the link is empty. It just brings me back to the Settings page. How can I fix this?

I was able to fix it by deactivating the Plumsail workflow feature and re-activating it. The link works now.
I had the same exact issue. After initially setting the Workflow Run Account the link failed to work after that. I had to deactivate the Workflow Actions Pack feature and re-activate it. After that the link worked again.
