Hi,

I had a user report an issue today when trying to submit a public web form. They eventually got it submitted after a number of attempts. The timestamp might help. The user tried wifi connection and they had 4G connection which was also failing.

This was a temporary delay in responses due to a high volume of requests to our API.

Our engineering team is currently investigating the root cause and is working on a long-term solution to prevent a recurrence.
