Hi Team,

I'm encountering this issue right now for all the Org Charts I have completed earlier. Why isn't the Org Chart I completed earlier showing? How can we resolve this?

I'm having the same issue, have you found a solution? I've cleared the browser and have tried another browser, but still get the "Something went wrong" error.

Please reach out to us at support@plumsail.com. Mention this thread in your message and attach your console log and network data. To collect these, follow these steps:

  1. Open your browser console by pressing F12 or by right-clicking on the page and selecting "Inspect."
  2. Refresh the page.
  3. Export the console log by right-clicking within the console and selecting "Save as."
  4. To export network data, navigate to the "Network" tab and click on "Export HAR."

We'd also appreciate it if you could indicate the version of Org Chart you're using. Thanks!
