HI, How can i delve into agent performance using Power BI and have it display the agents name as this is something i am finding difficult to find?

I can have BI connect to the ticket list but cant find data linking agent name to ticket data, so for example i want ticket ID, date it was created, date resolved, Agent, How long ticket was open for, type of incident etc,

Hello Mick! I am sorry for the delay in replying to you. The Assigned to column has a Person or Group type, so after connecting the list in Power BI you can see only users' IDs from the column. Please check this topic in the Power BI community, I think it should help you to build the report.
