Print PDF in Public Forms is not working

Once I have an individual form submission open and I click on the Print PDF button a new page pops up as if its going to print but quickly disappears. I've checked blocked pop ups and that does not seem to be the problem.

This is working now. Please test in incognito window or clear the browser cache.
