Problem with high number of user profiles?

Hi,

I have tested the Org-Chart on a server with about 100 user profiles and it worked perfectly fine. But now I installed it on a server with more than 150.000 profiles, and now when I type in the search window, I don’t even get suggestions.

I use “User Profiles” as source and just added the web part to an empty site collection without any special configuration.

Hi,

I’m sorry for late delay. Could you check what version of Org Chart do you use (“gears” settings icon at the right top corner of the web part, then “Help”)? Possibly you use version above 2.0 which had some performance issues. Org Chart starting from 2.0 has improved rendering engine.
