Provision Forms on SP Online

Hi
I have read your how-to on https://plumsail.com/docs/forms-sp/how-to/provision.html

We’re working with workflow provisioning sites in some cases. So it is not possible to provision forms with a local running visual studio. I’m more thinking about Azure Function Apps for that case. Which could be triggered by a web request.

Could you provide a updated (in terms of authentication and using parameters) example code to achieve that?
