Public Form not loading properly

Hello,

We have a user that is having issues opening the form. The form starts loading but does not display properly. Do you have any idea what could be causing it?

The form is not loading completely on only one device?

Please try to clear Safari cache or open a page in incognito mode.

It was just one user, we cleared her mobile cache and it worked.
