I have several forms where we assign windows groups to have access. This works great but recently I noticed every time I go into the form to make a change upon saving the groups that are allowed access disappear. Has anyone else experienced this and how do I fix or prevent this from happening?

No, there are no similar reports, and we have not been able to reproduce it on our end.
