We have purchased a licence for our Dashboard Designer and we are getting this message saying trail period of licence expired. please can you check what has happened and let us know, as we need to run reports asap using the dashboard.

This looks like the helpdesk dashboards. Is your helpdesk license expired?

The Helpdesk license is valid.
This is an issue with the license check of the products that are included in the Helpdesk. We are working on resolving it.
