Random failures (HTML to PDF)

Is anyone else experiencing random flow failures with HTML to PDF today? Resubmitting the flows has been successful, but we are still getting random failures.

I am sad to report this issue is happening again and seriously impacts our business operations. Resubmitting does not alleviate the issue this time (404 error).
