In our organisation, we have 4 sales groups (covering a region each).
In each of those groups, there is a SalesForecast folder that is structured as:
Then there is an Office 365 Management group.
In this group, we have a consolidated GroupForecasting, where we want to merge the directory structure and files from each of those groups, into one main folder.
So that the flow will maintain the same folder structure layout as
And in each of those folders, maintain the full content.
So basically, each Regional Forecast folder, must be recursively copied/updated into the bigger GroupForecasting folder (including updating files if changes happens)
Ps.: there is always a unique file-naming on each of them… so files with the same name will not be an issue
Is this possible to do with your action pack workflow, and perhaps supplement it with scheduling to consolidate these folders and files, on the day after the sales staff need to have provided their sales forecasts?
