Registration Lost after Restoring VM

What is the process for restoring an active license. When our web front end was moved to a new HV host all Plumsail applications became trial versions.

Dev license’s have been ordered and paid for. Order #74225616 No response and no license keys as of yet. Forwarded Hardware ID’s to sales. Nothing in spam filter. Can you please assist?

I apologize if I am wrong, but I was under the impression from our Sales department that the licenses have been emailed to you, and have reached you, after first appearing in Spam. Is that incorrect?
