We have applied font "times new roman" and font size 12 in the word template above tag. But after generating the word document from the template, its showing other font name and size 9

Unfortunatelly, the html formatter cannot keep the settings from the source document.
To apply the font size, type, etc, please apply CSS styles in the html code.
