Since the update, all tickets now require a comment to be added to enable them to be saved. This doesn't work for us, as often tickets will get re-assigned between groups who have already chatted so adding another comment is a step that isn't needed.
Can we make it so the validation of having to have a comment to save a ticket is bypassed?
Can we customise that 'Save' button to assign to a different status though? The issue we have is that we have different statuses for tickets and it could move from one to the other without a comment. Or would be it best to have people update the status field directly and then 'save'?
