Hi we have your organisation chart embed within our sharepoint site. It pulls the staff from our Active Directory.
When we try to share the site with external users they cannot see our organisation chart. Instead it shows them and them only within the organisation chart. How do we resolve this?

Unfortunately, this can't be easily done as your external users don't have access to users profiles.
There are two possible workarounds here: 1) To create a specific internal account and give its credentials for reviewing the Org Chart or 2) Synchronize a SharePoint list with AD or SharePoint user profiles and place an Org Chart based on this SP list on the site page.
