My compagny would like to migrate the sharepoint 2010 databases WITHOUT upgrade to sharepoint 2019.
My Orgchart composant will be continu to work o this case ?

In case you just shut down the old SharePoint farm and set up a new one without direct migration, no Org Chart data will be saved. That being said, you will have to install and configure Org Chart from scratch.
