Showing fields based on category

Hi All,

Is it possible to have certain fields show in the ticket based on what category or a tag it has (either would work for us)

For example if a ticket is set as category sales or tagged as sales then a field called revenue would show. If it's wasn't then the field would be hidden on the ticket.

If it's possible could you advise on how to do it or an example so I can work it out :smiley:

Hello Rich! For that you need to customise the ticket form in Plumsail Forms 3. The documentation of the latter has an article that may suit you. You need to use custom JavaScript and a framework method for hiding/showing fields. Please let me know whether it helps to solve the issue.
