We are launching a service to our customers creating a portal that will display reports and other things relevant to their account. We will be requiring a sign in to that portal. We also are putting the plumsail widget on there to allow them to open and view tickets. Is there any way we can pass in the sign in to the portal into the widget to prevent them from having to sign into 2 separate things?

Unfortunately, the single sign in option is currently unavailable for arbitrary portals. It would work only in SharePoint environment (the users logged in to SharePoint do not have to log in to HelpDesk widget).
