Store List data in SQL table

Hello, community....!
Can anyone tell me how can i store list item data in the SQL server data table rather than SharePoint list?
for this, I have to use the webform or i can achieve the same with spform?
is there any way i can do this with spform?

You can sync the SQL server and SharePoint list with the help of Power Automate (MS Flow). You can find an example in MS Community here.
