Sync e-Mail IMAP sharepoint online 2013

I am having problems syncing a Gmail email account via IMAP
I have verified IMAP is enabled in Gmail.
Using a 3rd party tool I have verified IMAP is working .

I have set server to imap.gmail.com port 993 and SSL is set to YES
I have tried both setting username fully qualified with [name]@gmail.com and [name]

When I run the workflow I get this error.

Internal Status: Terminated
Exception: The partner returned a bad sign-in name or password error. For more information, see Federation Error-handling Scenarios.

Any Ideas?

I figured it out.

The error message was misleading. It made me think it was a connection to Google but in fact it was security to run the Plumsail process.

I added the Plumsail workflow security to run as and it worked.
