Hi,
I am using the Sync Mailbox with List (Shared Mailbox) action in my workflow and the "Body" seems to include all the markup with it. I have the "Body" column in my list set to "Plain Text" but the markup is still there. If I copy the body from the email manually and paste as plain text, it works as expected. Is there something I need to add to my workflow action to accomplish this? I have included screen shots of action and list item.
