Team limit and team member limit for Public Forms paid subscriptions

Is there a limit to the number of teams and team members an organization can have with the paid subscriptions? Is there only one team per paid subscription? I did not find a way to create teams.

Currently there is only one team available and no limit on the number of users you can invite to it.
