Is there any way to speed up the response time for displaying the org chart? First time I open a page with an org chart, it takes about 20-30 seconds before the org chart appears. The Data source settings is User Profile and Root ID in Filtration is like [ Id ] = ’ 99999 '.

We just released the new version of Org Chart. It has caching API for User Profiles data source.
This also can occur if you expand to many levels on initial load. Please try to decrease number of levels in the configuration wizard (General settings step).
