Is it possible to switch off the smiley face ticket rating on our tickets?

To remove rating functionality from notifications please delete the following snippet from “Notification: Requester - Ticket resolved” trigger:

Hello Ana,

I opened the “Notification: Requester - Ticket resolved” trigger: to delete the snippet but the only one I saw there was {{snippet:TicketIdWidgetLink}}. should I delete this.
