Time column in data table

Hi,

I'm working on a form to populate an offer letter. I need a way for the form-filler to choose days of weeks, and start and end times for each day.
Ex. Monday 8am - 1pm
Tuesday 10am - 4pm
etc.

My original thought was a data table, column 1 being a dropdown with values Monday - Friday, column 2 start time, column 3 end time. I could use that to populate a table in my document that looked something like this:

But the result comes in like this

How can I make the columns expand instead of the rows? Or what would be another way to approach this?
