Unable to open Plumsail Forms when using non-English language

Dear Plumsail Team,

We are using Plumsail Forms in SharePoint Online and we have the following issue. One of the users is from Germany, his SharePoint is configured to work in German language and he is not able to open the display form of any item when clicking on the default Title link in SharePoint.
I am comparing the url provided from that user with the one available in the browser when I try to open the display form of the same item.
In his case, the url is that:
…/SitePages/PlumsailForms/Ideas/Element/DisplayForm.aspx?item=62&…
In my case, it is that:
…/SitePages/PlumsailForms/Ideas/Item/DisplayForm.aspx?item=62&…
As you can see, the only difference is the word “Element”/“Item”.
Those urls are probably generated from /SitePages/PlumsailForms/redirect2.aspx page.
Could you please help resolve the issue for all non-English users.

Kind regards,
Martin

Dear @mkaraivanov ,
Yes, this issue is caused by language support for forms - it essentially makes it super easy to create forms for different languages. Problem is - if there is no custom form for language, but Content Type name is different, users will get 404…

We might alter this behavior in the future, as it can be a little confusing, but you can find an article here - https://plumsail.com/docs/forms-sp/how-to/language.html

It also includes a section on how to disable it.

Dear Nikita,

I disabled all alternate languages following your guidelines, now it works just fine.

Thank you!
Martin
