Working years with Plumsail Workflow Action Pack.
After we moved to new Sharepoint Server we couldn´t able to use Workflow Action
"Send EMail with Attachment (Exchange)"
The Workflow is giving up in Seconds with following Error Message:
Details: System.Activities.Statements.WorkflowTerminatedException: Fehler bei der Verarbeitung der Anforderung.
Can you please help.

Hi @Andruu,
Workflow Actions pack on-premises license is linked with a server hardware. When you move to a new server, the old license becomes invalid and you need to regenerate it. I think it might be the reason for the issue. Do any other actions from WAP work?

Hello Petr,
thank you very much for clarification. Unfortunately no other WAP is working.
We received a new License for our Server1 some days ago.
Our Sharepoint Mini-Role Environment looks like this:
Server1 = Front-End with distributed Cache
Server2 = Application & Search
The License with Hardware ID is copied at Server1 – is that right? Or should we have the License at Server2?

Hi @Andruu,
You need to place received *.license file in the root folder of all SharePoint web-applications on WFE-servers. If you use port 80 it is usually here: c:\inetpub\wwwroot\wss\VirtualDirectories\80.
If it doesn't help, please let me know the ticket number where you received the licenses and I'll check if they are valid.

I copied the license to Application Server (Server2) - I think we created the License with Hardware-ID from the Front-End Server (Server1)
Should we try to create a new File?
