Update list item at any site

I have a need to copy the text from a specific column in one SharePoint list to the same column in another SharePoint list when the Project Number column list matches. Is this possible to do with a workflow that uses the “Update list item at any site”?
If so, can you show me an example of how this action can be used to make the update?
