while trying to update to the new helpdesk version i got these error.
Update V2.1.39 initialization failed
There was an error while provisioning definition. Check ModelNode prop.
Whrer can i find this modelnode prop.?

Hello, Jake! Please ensure that custom scripts are allowed and the HelpDesk package is updated (follow this instruction and define your region on the 'About' page of any HelpDesk site's settings). Then try to update HelpDesk again. If it still does not work, please raise a ticket at support@plumsail.com, refer to this topic and specify a full URL of the site to be updated.
