Just wondering how to update a Widget Form added to our SharePoint. We have a column for a drop-down menu in our ticketing system with a list of companies and we update this list with new companies. We just noticed that this list is not updating on the Widget Form added to the SharePoint site for the users. Need you help please.

Just a quick one regarding our ticketing system. We are experiencing some issues with tickets.
when you close a ticket as 'Solved', it will revert back as 'Pending'. You have to edit again and close as Solve for it to remain. what could be the solution as its creating some confusion for the agents.

Just click "Add condition" link above the expressions. There is no need to check whether comment is initial since a ticket with such a comment will never have the "Solved" status from the very beginning. So condition configuration should be as following:
