Upgraded to latest version 3.21 now org chart wont load

Hi

I've just upgraded the Org Chart for a customer to the latest version and now the page with the org chart wo nt fully load and the plumsail page just has a wheel on it that spins. I've done an F12 and cught the console logs.

Please could you suggest how to resolve this?
