US Azure data centers, ever?

I work for a US state agency that can only use data centers located in the US. Over one year ago I asked if Plumsail was planning US data centers. I was told that was going to happen. Looks like that has not happened. Are there any plans for US data centers? Would love our agency to use Plumsail.
