User has 'add items' permission but cannot add item in the list

However, I cannot use "New" to add item.

After I press "New", it shows that I don't have permissions.

How can I fixed it?

Please make sure that users have at least read permission to the Site Pages folder where all forms are stored.

There is a PlumsailForms configuration for the forms. Check the Site Pages library, you will see the folder.
