Is it possible to have boxes under vacancies?
I am using 'User profiles' data source from SharePoint Online

Unfortunately, there is no such functionality, but you can use a workaround: you may create a fake user profile and add information about the vacancy there.Thus, you will be able to set this user as the manager for other employees or vacancies.
