Variable names for Microsoft Forms form

Hi I'm trying to use this Microsoft Flow template.

I know in my Word .docx template I should use {{variable_name}} for fields I want to automate. However, how do I find out what those variable names are for my Microsoft Forms form?

For example in my Microsoft Form i have a question that asks "what is your name?" this text field should show up in the word document as {{name}} or similar.

I apologize if this has been asked before. I used the search function here and the official documentation and could not find an answer to my question.
