Web Part fails after rebuilding User Profile Service

In our test environment we had to rebuild / reprovision the User Profile Service Application. After this was completed our OrgChart configuration errored stating “Error Occurred while loading of available fields”. In the ULS Logs it says the same and states it couldn’t find the User Profile Application Proxy. I retracted / redeployed the solution and this error still exists. Is there anything additional that needs to be done for the OrgChart to recognized the new correct proxy service?

And the answer is the site in question didn’t use the defaultproxygroup but a custom one. Once I added the user profile application proxy to the custom group it was able to load the profile information.
