WebPart Width for Org Chart

I'm using the 'Full Width' Sharepoint section size, however, the Plumsail webpart is not taking up the full width.
The pink arrows are the actual full width section, but the webpart isn't taking up the full space (green) and I dont know how to make it wider.

Also, I used the Javascript in this guide, but it's not actually centering the chart, and is cutting off people on the left

Could you please double check that the Org Chart is placed in a 'Full-width section'?

I just set up a test Communication site, put the Org Chart in the Full-width section, and it appears to be displayed correctly:
